When I wanted to buy a home, I called MaryAnn and she sat me down and asked me so many questions about what I was looking for in a home. She asked me questions that I never even thought about that turned out to be very important in the process of buying a home. When I found the perfect home, MaryAnn was her upbeat self and proceeded with the process and all I had to do was dust off my shoes and move in. Now that's what I call service. We are writing this letter to recognize one of your employees, MaryAnn Dempsey. At the beginning of our home search, we stumbled across a property that we were interested in that was located in Attleboro, MA. MaryAnn was the realtor selling the property, so we gave her a call to see if she would be able to show us the home. We set up a meeting shortly after. Although we did not have much interest in the home, we certainly took to MaryAnn’s warm and caring personality and knew that in that chance meeting, we found the person that we wanted to work with throughout the home buying process.
MaryAnn was always pleasant, upbeat and willing to accommodate us with any home that we wanted to take a look at. Whether it meant looking in the pitch black with flashlights or trudging through the snow, she never complained or showed any signs of frustration on the less than pleasant weather situations. She has a mothering way about he, and this being our first time buying a home, she was exactly what we needed. MaryAnn quickly learned our style and what we were looking for. She would know right away if the house was something that we were interested in or not.
After trekking through snow in front of a house we wanted to see in Norton, we all waited patiently for the combination lock to open. MaryAnn never gave up and never wanted to throw in the towel with that pesky lock. We are so happy that she was persistent in getting it open…..she ended up opening the door to our new home. We fell in love with the home immediately and right away set up a meeting for our families to take a look. MaryAnn had no problem meeting us again to take a look at the house for a second time with our families. She never wanted us to rush into anything and wanted to make sure that we made an informed choice.
We are so thankful for MaryAnn’s help and guidance throughout the home buying process. We will be forever grateful for the assistance that MaryAnn provided us throughout the whole process. We could not be where we are today (homeowners) if it had not been for her help, caring and dedication.
